This section of the Toolkit will provide you with resources to think through how to create recommendations which will form how you go about your advocacy and outreach activities in Phase 2.

The recommendations you generate will be used to influence change and can be aimed at:

* Policy makers and government officials
* Service providers and other practitioners
*  DPOs and civil society actors
*  Mainstream national and international NGOs
* Agencies or others involved in your thematic
      ie. educators, parent groups, microcredit
     lending institutions, employers in all sectors, etc).

Remember: it will be these audiences that will be your targets for your work in Phase 2.
